An agent spends credits in proportion to the work a task actually took — the reading, the reasoning, the tool calls. Small jobs cost little.

Pricing questions
What is a credit?
One unit of metered work. Credits are spent when an agent actually does something — thinking, reading a document, calling a tool. Nothing is charged for an agent sitting idle, and an agent waiting on a person costs nothing while it waits.
How far do credits go?
A routine task — reading an email, pulling a couple of records, writing a reply — runs around 2 credits. A heavier one that reasons over a long document runs around 4. That puts Pro at roughly 1,200–2,900 tasks a month. Your mileage moves with how much context each task carries.
What happens when I run out?
Agents stop starting new work and you are told which organisation ran dry. Nothing is deleted and nothing silently overspends. Top up with a credit pack or move up a plan and everything resumes.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each period. Credits bought as a pack do not expire with the period — they sit on top of the monthly allowance and are spent last.
Why credits instead of per-message pricing?
Because tasks are not the same size. A one-line reply and a fifty-page contract review are both "a message", and charging the same for each would mean overcharging for the small one. Credits track the work actually done.
Can I bring my own model keys?
